How We Work:
We handle joint ventures and property purchases in two ways:
1. Direct Purchase – After reviewing your submission, we may offer to buy your interest in the property or purchase the contract you hold, getting you paid upfront.
2. Joint Venture – If a JV makes more sense, we’ll propose a profit-sharing structure, where you stay involved in the deal execution. Standard splits start at 50/50 net profit but may shift in our favor depending on risk, costs, and time investment.
You’re not obligated to work with us unless and until a formal JV agreement or purchase contract is signed.
Integrity & Referrals:
• Our business thrives on referrals, and we operate with the highest level of integrity.
• We will not contact any parties related to your deal unless:
• We already have an existing interest in the project.
• We were working on it independently before your submission.
• If a conflict exists, you’ll be notified immediately upon submission.
